Typical items for processing, fabricating, assembly, or disassembly under this use include but are not limited to apparel, food, drapes, clothing accessories, bedspreads, decorations, artificial plants, jewelry, instruments, computers, and electronic devices.

Additional Provisions
Potentially incompatible industrial uses, as defined in this section, are prohibited as part of any activity, operation, or processing conducted under this use.
This use may not exceed 10,000 square feet of floor area.
