  24 Hour Parking - CBD To report illegal parking on the street in the Dallas Central Business District (CBD) M-F before 10pm. Use other parking SRs for violations occuring on Sat/Sun, after 10pm or outside of the CBD.  
  Chemical Spill Routine To report chemicals, unknown liquid or solid materials that have been spilled on the ground and are exposed to rain or that can enter nearby creek, river, lake or storm drainage system.  
  Chronic Traffic Violation For all traffic complaints of a chronic or recurring nature Monday - Friday 6a-6p & Sat and Sun from 10a-6pm . Other traffic violations should be referred to 911.  
  Chronic Traffic Violation (Evenings) For all traffic complaints of a chronic or recurring nature occuring after 6pm. Other traffic violations should be referred to 911.  
  Construction - Right of Way To report concerns regarding construction in the public right of way or for City of Dallas Public Works Construction projects being performed by private contractors.Request  
  Construction - Status Inquiry To report concerns regaring the status of alley, street or sidewalk paving construction - Construction - Status Inquiry.  
  Construction Site Complaint To report concerns regarding permit related construction on private property; sediment tracking on street, no erosion control, damage to public property and/or litter.  
  DART General Request To report any general DART concern  
  Economic Development To facilitate economic and community development such as business and economic development initiatives, housing, community development and community service programs in the South Dallas/Fair Park community.  
  Flooding/Drainage Complaint To report flooding from rising water in creeks or an overflow of water in the street due to inadequately sized drainage system. For NON-Emergency services only  
  Handicap Parking To report handicap parking violations  
  Homeless Encampment To report homeless encampments. A homeless encampment is a location where homeless people sleep overnight (vacant lots, under bridges, wooded areas, etc). Do not enter service request for panhandling  
  Illegal Parking/No Parking Zone 1 to report non emergency parking violations  
  Limo/Ambulance/Carriage To request regulation of a limousine, ambulance, shuttle drivers and companies and request permits for limousines, ambulances and shuttles. Citizen MUST provide name and phone number on this request type  
  Motor Vehicle Repair Violation To report Motor vehicle repair complaints. This is under Code Compliance Consumer Protection  
  Parking
     Deep Ellum Residential Permit To apply for residential parking permits in Deep Ellum. Permit Fee: $25 annually for 1st permit and $50 for each additional. Maximum 2 per houshold
     Officer Complaint To make complaints against parking enforcement officers.
     Resident Only Permit To apply for a residential parking only permit due to parking conjestion. Available only in certain areas for single family dwellings
     Valet Permit To apply for a valet parking permit
 
  Paving
     Alley Reconstruction For complaints regarding a contractor, construction taking place in the alley, or for the status regarding completion of a construction project
     Street Reconstruction For questions or concerns regarding a street that is currently being reconstructed by Public Works and Transportation
     Street Resurfacing Program  To request for concerns regarding a resurfacing (asphalt) project that is currently being performed by the Public Work and Transportation Department
     Thoroughfare Street For concerns regarding the construction of a thoroughfare
     Neighborhood Street For concerns regarding paving of residential streets
 
  Shopping Cart
     Shopping Cart left in Park To report shopping carts inside the Parks
     Store Decal Violation To report stores that do not have an Identification Tag on their shopping carts. (Dallas City Code Chapter 31, Section 31-40 (d))
 
  Sidewalk Replacement Construction Report concerns regarding sidewalks replacement construction that is being performed through the citizen cost share replacement program  
  Signs
    Advertising Signs (Permit) to report issues related to advertising signs for which there is, or should be a permit
    Report sign violations - Apartments Only To report signs in violation of height or placement, signs on vacant apartment complexes and/or sings on operable vehicles: trucks, vans, cars, hot air balloons
 
  Storm Water Construction Site/Erosion Control To report sediment, solid waste, or liquid leaving a construction site  
  Street Lighting - New/Relocation to add street lighting where none has existed or to relocate an existing street light  
  Taxi/Transportation Complaint Rreport a Taxi/Transportation Complaint  
  Towing Motor Vehicle For concerns regarding Motor Vehicle Towing  
  Traffic
     Construction Signs Report a problem with signage at construction sites on roadways
     Road Hump Request To inquiry about road humps or speed bumps
     Rumble Strip Maintenance (Alley Speed Hump)  Report maintenance issues on alley rumble strips
     Rumble Strips New ((Alley Speed Hump) Request new rumble strips (speed hump) in the alley.
     Traffic - Street Closures Request for permanent street closure
 
  Traffic Markings
     Traffic Markings - Maintenance Request for maintenance on all traffic markings for city roadways. Maintenance on highways should go to the Texas Department of Transportation
     Traffic Markings - New Request for concerns related to new traffic markings. Including: lane line striping, edge lines, crosswalks, stop legends, etc. This can also be used to remove existing markings
 
  Traffic Signs
     Maintenance (Other) Report traffic sign maintenance issues. This would include signs that are faded, damaged, down, etc. Signs would include stop, one way, no parking, speed limit, etc.
     New Sign For concerns regarding a new traffic sign as well as existing signs that need to be removed
 
  Traffic Signals
     New Signal For concerns regarding new traffic signals as well as traffic signals that need to be removed. New signals would include left turns and warning flashers
     Non Dispatch/Other To report routine repairs needed on traffic. This would include non-emergency pedestrian signal head repairs such as push button not working
     School Flasher New Signal For concerns regarding new school flashers and existing flashers that need to be removed
