Abandoned Substance (abandoned drums or containers) To report abandoned drums or containers on city or vacant property that is leaking and is exposed to rain or that can enter a creek, lake or river. Report Illegally Parked Vehicle (Over 24 Hours in the CBD) To report a vehicle that has been parked on the street over24 hours without being moved.
Alley Repair - Routine Report alley conditions such as large break downs, base failures or blown joints in the alley which are not hazardous, but still need repairs. Report Illegally Parked Vehicle in the CBD Monday-Friday and before 10 PM To report illegal parking on the street in the Dallas Central Business District (CBD) M-F before 10pm
Bike Paths/Routes Report bike paths that are in the street that need repairs. Sand Removal Request Request the removal of sand that was placed due to snow and ice weather conditions.
Bond Program Projects Information or status of particular projects approved for funding in the 2003 or 2006 Bond Programs; or projects listed on the needs inventory for future capital bond programs. Shopping Cart Routine Pickup Request pick up of shopping carts in the street right-of-way, the alley right-of-way, the curb, the median and the parkway.
Creek/ Culvert Blockage Report blockages in culverts or creeks. A culvert is an underground pipe that is open at both ends and usually found under the street or driveway. Sidewalk Petition - Non Existing Sidewalk Request the installation of sidewalks on public streets.
Creek/Culvert Maintenance-Flood Control Report maintenance to creeks, or damage to culverts. A culvert is an underground pipe that is open at both ends and usually found under the street/driveway. Sidewalk Replacement Program to request replacement of existing deteriorated sidewalks within public right-of-way. This is a cost share program between the City and the Citizen.
Crew Complaints - Streets Report inappropriate behavior/performance by Streets dept. Crews ONLY. Signs - Other Use this SR to report signs that are in violation of height or placement, signs on vacant businesses and/or signs on operable vehicles such as trucks, vans, cars and hot air balloons.
Drainage/Flooding Non Emergency Complaints of flooding occurring from rising water in creeks or an overflow of water in streets because of inadequately sized drainage systems. Signs - Political This service request is used for reporting political signs on private or public property, put up too soon (30 Days before an election or still up 10 days after an election).
Erosion Report soil erosion of a natural creek bank or man-made channel that is threatening a permanent structure. Signs - Public Right of Way This service request is used to report cardboard or paper signs on the right of way, median, utility poles or other public property.
Graffiti - City Streets & Bridges Report graffiti on sidewalks, alleys, bridges, retaining walls or streets. Signs - Public Right of Way - Apartments APARTMENTS ONLY…to report cardboard or paper signs on the right of way (Parkway), median, utility poles or other public property in front of an apartment complex.
Graffiti - Traffic Signs & Signals/Signals Report graffiti on traffic signs and signals.
Guardrail - New To request installation of new guardrails. PWT evaluates the request; Streets installs them if warranted. Speed Limit Change Request To request for changes in existing speed limits on city streets. Highways are dictated by TXDOT. Their number is 214 320-6100.
Guardrail Repair - Routine Report needed repairs to guardrails that DO NOT pose a threat of immediate danger to people or vehicles. Storm Sewer Line Locate For contractor requesting an inspection to locate Storm Sewer lines.
Inlet/Storm Drain/Ditch Cleaning Request routine cleaning of inlet boxes, underground storm sewer main lines, and lateral lines on public property and drainage easements throughout the City. Street Lighting - Maintenance Informational Link
Inlet/Storm Drain/Drainage Ditch Repairs Report minor damage (broken, cracked, or has caved in) to the inlet or storm drainage ditch but does NOT cause a potential hazard to vehicles or pedestrians. Street Repair - Routine To request routine repairs to the street, the shoulder, or curb repair.
Lid Cover Broken - Routine Report a broken inlet cover, inlet grate, or storm sewer manhole covers that are broken, but do not pose a hazard. Street Sweeping To report sweeping on major thoroughfares only.
Median/ROW Maintenance Initiate a Service Request Traffic Violations - Chronic For all traffic complaints of a chronic or recurring nature Monday - Friday 6a-6p & Sat and Sun from 10a-6pm
MOWmentum/Adopt-a-Roadside Program Request information on The mowmentum or Adopt A Roadside Programs. Traffic Violations - Chronic (Evenings Only) For all traffic complaints of a chronic or recurring nature occuring after 6pm. Other traffic violations should be referred to 911.
Obstruction Corner Clip Use this service request to report complaints regarding shrubs, fences or signs that blocks visibility at the corner. Visibility Obstruction To report any visibility obstructions
Obstruction Alley/Sidewalk/Street Report overhanging tree limbs and vegetation into the street/alley/sidewalk.  
Paving - Paving Petition Request To request paving improvements to unimproved streets (without existing curbs and gutters); for unimproved (gravel or dirt) alleys to be paved with concrete; and for the installation of sidewalks that currently do not exist.  
Paving Petition - Unimproved Alley Request concrete paving of a gravel or dirt alley.  
Paving Petition - Unimproved Street Request concrete paving of an asphalt street that does not have curbs, gutters or sidewalks  
Pothole Repair Routine Report non-hazardous potholes in need of repair. Indicate where pothole is located (alley/street).
