  Animal - Prohibited Rooster To report a location inside the City of Dallas that houses roosters.
  Animal - Vaccination/Registration Investigation To report unvaccinated and unregistered animals.
  Animal - Wildlife/Livestock- Routine To report Wildlife sightings of animals which are behaving in a Non-Predatory and Non-Aggressive manner. If animal is sick/injured/aggressive/chasing people, call 311.
  Animal Trap Request To obtain a trap for dogs only.
  Chronic Noise Complaint To report noise complaints of a chronic or recurring nature. For noisy animals use Animal Noise - DCC. For construction noise, use Noise Pollution - EHS during business hours.
  Chronic Traffic Violation For all traffic complaints of a chronic or recurring nature Monday - Friday 6a-6p & Sat and Sun from 10a-6pm . Other traffic violations should be referred to 911.

  Construction - Status Inquiry To report concerns regaring the status of alley, street or sidewalk paving construction - Construction - Status Inquiry.
  Construction Site Complaint To report concerns regarding permit related construction on private property; sediment tracking on street, no erosion control, damage to public property and/or litter.

  Criminal Activities For complaints of multiple criminal offenses; such as burglaries, thefts, and criminal mischief. Request is also for concerns related to police response to such activities.
  Electrical Violation - Apartments To report Electrical Violations for apartments.
  Extra Police Patrol To request for additional patrol in a specific geographic area
  Flooding/Drainage Complaint To report flooding from rising water in creeks or an overflow of water in the street due to inadequately sized drainage system. For NON-Emergency services only
  Garage Sale - Apartments To report any violations for Garage Sales held at apartment complexes - FOR APARTMENTS ONLY
  Hand Bills/Fliers Complaint To report distribution of handbills (Fliers) in public places . No violation if a person or vehicle occupant is willing to accept it
  High Weeds - City Parks To report high weeds at a city park
  Historic/Conservation District Violation To report structures that do not comply with historic district preservation criteria
  Home Repair Violation To report possible home repair violations
  Homeless Encampment To report homeless encampments. A homeless encampment is a location where homeless people sleep overnight (vacant lots, under bridges, wooded areas, etc). Do not enter service request for panhandling
  Life Hazard Report concerns regarding; Locking refrigerator/ice box stored outside, Open or collapsed wells, cellars or septic tanks, downed electrical lines or raw sewage on private property
  Lock Take and Hide Violation To report properties with 100 parking spaces which do not have the required Lock Take and Hide signs posted
  Lock Take and Hide Violation - Apartments Only To report Lock Take and Hide violations at apartments (Multi-Tenant complexes)
  Narcotics/Vice Complaints To report all narcotics, prostitution, and gambling complaints.
  People Helping People To request help for minor exterior home repair for elderly and or disabled homeowners that are low income. For single family single story dwellings only.
  Plumbing Violation - Apartments To report plumbing conditions that do not meet standards in apartments; stopped-up/backed up sewer lines inside/out the private property, broken pipes, leaking faucets, malfunctioning toilets, no hot/cold water
  Private Property Water Leak To report liquid leaking into a storm drain system off of private property
  Property Management/Real Estate For question and/or concerns related to administered real estate owned or to be acquired by the City of Dallas
