The Office of Environmental Quality is committed to protecting and improving the environment by leading and guiding the City of Dallas in our efforts on environmental compliance, pollution prevention and continual improvement.

  • Texas Emission Reduction Program (TERP)
    This is a statewide program which provides financial assistance to businesses for projects to improve air quality by replacing old vehicles or pieces of heavy-duty equipment with newer vehicles or pieces of equipment.   • AirCheckTexas Repair and Replacement Assistance Program
    Financial assistance program for residents whose cars fail the emissions inspection or are older than ten years. The program is intended to improve air quality by getting old, dirty engines off the road by replacing them with new clean engines. For more information please contact Kim Affat at 214-670-6971.

  • Emissions Reduction Strategies for the Private Sector
