Storm Sewer Odor

Reports of storm sewer odors may be made by calling the City Services Dispatch at 3-1-1 when dialing from inside the city limits, or (214) 670-5111 when dialing from outside the city limits.  Crews will locate the source of the problem.  If the storm sewer needs cleaning, it will be referred to the Department of Street Services.  If a citizen suspects or if there has been illegal dumping, the storm sewer will be referred to Public Works and Transportation Department's Storm Water Quality Section.

The Street Services Department is responsible for storm sewer cleaning.  To request storm sewer cleaning, contact the City Services Dispatch at 3-1-1 when dialing from inside the city limits, or (214) 670-5111 when dialing from outside the city limits.  Reports of flooding caused by inadequate drainage will be referred to the Public Works and Transportation Department for investigation.
