CULTURAL ARTS FACILITIES ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENTS
This program provides funding for site acquisition, design, construction and/or renovation of City cultural facilities. The program includes the strategic Cultural Facilities Master Plan to provide effective and efficient utilization of existing facilities, develop a plan for investment in the existing facilities and funding for any new facilities.
Future Arts District development will be addressed through planning for specific new facilities, site acquisition and potential infrastructure improvements. Private funding participation consistent with the Cultural Arts policy is required for this program.
