Neighborhood Investment Program
This is a public investment program involving five targeted areas in Dallas that show signs of distress such as high numbers of vacant lots, aging housing and code compliance complaints. The Housing Department will invest 60 to 80% of its resources within these areas.

Exxon Mobil Summer Youth Program
Dallas high school students receive meaningful work experiences and academic training through this program, which is funded through an ExxonMobil Foundation Grant. Work experience may include landscaping, minor home repair, and new single family home construction.
