Dallas Fire-Rescue: Smoke Alarms for the Deaf and/or with Hearing Impairment

Dallas Fire-Rescue is now installing smoke alarms for persons who are deaf and/or with hearing impairments!

This easy to install fire alarm monitor comes complete with smoke alarms, receiver and bed-shaker specially designed to alert persons who have hearing impairments that there is a fire.

To apply, you must comply with the requirements below and complete the application:

  1. You must be a Dallas resident.
  2. Provide proper documentation.
