Terms and Conditions

Full citation payments are accepted at the City Detention Center at 1600 Chestnut. Open 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

By paying your fine on this website you understand:

1. No online payments will be accepted for:

• Defensive Driving
• Deferred Disposition
• Cash Bonds
• Juvenile Cases
• Payment Plans
• Payments for Individuals in Custody
• $30.00 DPS/Omni Fee


These cases must be handled in person at the court.

2. You have waived your right to a trial.
3. A plea of No Contest and a disposition of Guilty will be entered on your case.
4. All payments will be posted the following work day; payments can be verified by
   calling 214-670-0109.
5. Fines and/or warrant payments paid on a Friday, will not post until the following workday.
6. The Court is not responsible for late payment.

I hereby understand that in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c), case payment will result in a waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety. 

Please understand if you have difficulties when using the on-line payment option, your other options
to pay are:

2. Pay in person at: 2014 Main Street (Hours of operation are
   (7:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday-Friday and 8:00 am until
   12:00 pm Saturday)
