The Office of the Dallas City Marshal and Detention Center is located at 1600 Chestnut, Dallas, Texas 75226.  This 24 hour, 7 day per week facility provides for the housing of persons arrested for public intoxication, as well as transitional housing for those arrested on Class C misdemeanor warrants.

Services include:

• Detention Center
• Enforcement of  arrest warrants issued by the Dallas Municipal Court for Class C misdemeanors
• Chronic Illegal Dump Team
• To report an illegal dumping in-progress dial 911
• Call 311 to report all other illegal dumping
