E-plan
is an emergency information system, designed for first responders, that is
being developed through a cooperative agreement between EPA Region 6, the
Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission, and the University of Texas
at Dallas.

The
cooperative agreement was initiated in 2000, and we intend to extend it
though 2002
|
|
|
|
This
system represents the culmination of three years of effort on the part of the
Region 6 Response Team. The RRT has
also coordinated with the preparedness committee of the National Response
Team to ensure that all policies and implementation strategies developed are
consistent with national goals.
