Code Compliance is responsible for enforcing more than 900 City ordinances related to Housing, Zoning, Signs, Litter, Illegal Dumping, Weeds, Premise Parking and Animal Control violations.  The program responds to citizen requests, conducts proactive inspections and special projects, and provides education on code enforcement.

Our mission is to enhance the level of public safety and city aesthetics through effective enforcement of city ordinances and to ensure due process for each citizen of Dallas.

Announcement and Updates!

2008 Multi-Tenant Symposium will be held
on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, and a make-up on September 16, 2008. Doors open at 7:00 AM and the program will begin at 9:00 AM. Both dates will be located at the Fair Park Dallas Music Hall 909 First Avenue Dallas, Texas 75210
