Citizens painting over graffiti on a building wallRecent Events
On Saturday, March 25, 2006 residents in three Dallas City Council Districts participated in the largest graffiti paint out in the city's history.

266 neighborhood volunteers took part in the effort to paint out graffiti in three East Dallas Districts represented by Council Members Gary Griffith, Angela Hunt and Pauline Medrano.  Volunteers abated 82 graffiti sites, and then were treated to an amazing lunch hosted by the Meadows Foundation and Carrabba's Italian Grill, Lakewood.

Special thanks to neighborhood residents Jeff Bryan, Sandy Graham, Bill Peterson and Scot Williams for organizing the event, and to all the neighbors and City of Dallas staff who worked so hard to get the job done.

Below is a chart outlining process to volunteer to fight graffiti.
