High Weeds and Litter

Grass and Weeds over 12" in height is a violation of City Code.  The Department of Code Compliance will issue a Notice of Violation to properties out of compliance and allow 7 days for the property to be cut.  If the property is not brought into compliance within 7 days a citation will be issued and Mow-Clean will cut the high grass and weeds to abate the health hazard.

Mow-Clean also abates litter violations on private property and executes court orders to heavy-clean problem properties.
